At Dirt & Diamonds, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in every order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- leaking,
- or incorrect,
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Unused Items
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
Items must be:
- unopened,
- unused,
- and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect the safety and quality of our products for every athlete and family we serve, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used personal care items. That said, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out. We genuinely want the opportunity to make it right.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare or body products
- Used soaps or sprays
Refunds
Once your return is received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
