Thank you for shopping with Dirt & Diamonds. We’re committed to getting your order packed and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume launches, sales, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Dirt & Diamonds is not responsible for:

  • packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses,
  • lost packages due to address errors,
  • or orders returned by the carrier for insufficient address information.

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • carrier delays,
  • lost or stolen packages,
  • weather-related delays,
  • or marked “delivered” packages that cannot be located.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. Of course, if you need support, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the package and product,
  • and a brief description of the issue.

We want every customer experience to reflect the quality of our brand, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
